Terms and Conditions
Prices
All prices are in £ stirling. Delivery charges are included in the price quoted.
Delivery
We process/dispatch orders monday to friday. Orders placed on a saturday or sunday will be processed on a monday. Orders placed on a bank holiday will be processed the next working day.
We aim to despatch within 48 hours of payments being received.
We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 5- 7 days.
Payment
All payments are made through Paypal and most credit/debit cards are accepted. you do not need a Paypal account to use this option.
Alternativly we do accept cheques by post (please no cash) address details can be found on our contact page. Orders placed with cheque payment will only be dispatched once funds have cleared.
Returns
You have 14 days from placing your order in which to cancel. If your order has been dispatched then just return it to us for a full refund minus postage and packaging.
All returns must be in a re-saleable condition with all original packaging and seals intact.
We regret we cannot accept returned goods without first being contacted. you can email us at sales@echoscauldron.co.uk
In the unlikely event of any items being damaged or missing you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. Where possible we will send a replacement or issue a refund if you prefer.
Refunds will only be given once we receive the item back.
with the exception of damaged goods, return postage and packaging is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend getting proof of postage.
Out of stock items
although we do keep our website updated, occasionally an item may go out of stock. if this happens we will advise you by email within 48 hours and offer you an immediate and full refund.

Discounts
where there is a multi buy discount option, please only use it if you are purchasing the required amount. any order placed using the discount option but without the required amounts will be delayed until we have recieved the correct payment.
