Delivery
All of the products on our site are inclusive of postage and packaging (UK orders only), so the price you see in the product description is the price you pay, there are no hidden extra's.
We use Royal Mail 1st class, a 1 - 3 day service, with 90% of our parcels arriving the next working day.
Delivery outside the UK
We use airmail small packets service for all our international orders, please allow up to 10 days for your parcel to arrive.

Dispatch
All item descriptions have a dispatch time shown.
For example:
DISPATCH TIME: within 24 hours
If an item shows a dispatch time other than 24 hours it means there maybe a slight delay in shipping and your item may not be dispatched for 'x' days. Where orders contain items with significantly different dispatch times we dispatch as items are available so as not to delay your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Solo, Switch/Maestro and American Express. We also accept chqs via post or if you have a paypal account you can pay using that. Please remember though that you do NOT need a Paypal account to pay by credit or debit card. You can now pay offline at any payzone outlet, just select this option at checkout. You will be given a barcode to print out and take along to any payzone where you can make your payment. For more info on pay offline visit the website www.payoffline.com
Is it safe to use my debit/credit card?
Yes. We use Paypal to process all our payments. As you go through our checkout process you are transferred to Paypals secure server where you make your payment. Paypal do NOT share any of your financial information with us. Once you have completed your payment you are directed back to our site.
Do you charge for postage and packaging?
No. All prices shown are inclusive of p&p
